Residents at Parkmerced have exclusive access to secure access points throughout the property where there are security cameras passing live footage and recording information to the Courtesy Patrol office.

Each tower resident receives individually programmed secure access points at all entrances, fitness centers, business centers, laundry rooms, storage, and bike storage room doors. Residents also receive garage secure access points for walk-in traffic and remote garage openers for when driving in with a vehicle. Additionally, the tower penthouse levels have secure access entry to their floors through the elevator.

Cameras are placed throughout the property in strategically-positioned locations, some of which include: carport areas, garages, Towers and common areas.
