*TERMS AND CONDITIONS: To refer, you must be a current resident, in good standing, in a lease agreement with Parkmerced. The person you refer must be eligible to rent with Parkmerced and should give your name prior to applying and signing a lease with Parkmerced. For you to receive the bonus, the person you refer must sign a minimum of a 12-month lease and live at Parkmerced for 60 days with good standing before the referral is paid. The new lease must be signed by 5/31/2024 and move-in completed on/by 6/15/2024. Given all parameters have been met, the referral check will be paid 60-90 days after move-in. Limit of 2 referrals for any single month and 12 total per year.
